This book is about the personal experiences of a National Serviceman in Vietnam during his tour in 1966-67, including his involvement in the Battle of Long Tan. It has been written around the letters sent home to his parents with the intention of giying his family and others some understanding of what an Infantry soldier went through all those years ago.
