The Royal Australian Regiment 60th Anniversary Celebrations
FRIDAY 21 NOV 08
EVENT -DINNER-VENUE: This is an evening function at Victoria Barracks within a 500 man tent.The catering company will supply a range of finger foods including by not limited too: fresh sandwiches, rolls, baguettes, sausage rolls, party pies, mini quiches, spring rolls, dim sims.
DRESS: is Coat & tie with miniatures or neat civilian.
COST: $20.00PH payable on entry
ENTRY: Use Oxford Street Entrance opposite Paddington RSL.
SECURITY: Those attending will need to have been notified via their respective Ascn/organisation and be on the nominal roll PLUS have a form of photo ID If your name does not appear on the roll you maybe refused entry.
TIMINGS: Access will be from from 1730hours
SATURDAY 22 NOV 08
EVENT: A Memorial Service
DRESS: Is Coat & tie with BIG Medals or neat civilian.
VENUE: RAR Memorial at Regimental Square (off George St).
TIMINGS:1300 hours
COST: NO CHARGE
SUNDAY 23 NOV 08
EVENT: PARADE OF COLOURS. All Battalion Queens & Regimental Colours will be paraded.
VENUE: Victoria Barracks Oxford Street Paddington Sydney
DRESS: Is Coat & tie with BIG Medals or neat civilian
COST: NO CHARGE
ENTRY: Use Oxford Street Entrance opposite Paddington RSL.
